I'm a self-taught designer with a degree in psychology. I studied how people perceive and decide, then spent fifteen years teaching myself to build for it. A smart-home brand grew its revenue threefold; a vacuum-sealer company has kept me for a decade. This past year I taught myself context engineering, and what it produced is on this page. Perception-First Design exists because everyone has an opinion about design and opinions aren't diagnosis: a five-layer framework grounded in cognitive psychology, roughly a hundred peer-reviewed citations, written so someone who isn't me can run the judgment, and now Claude runs it. Cognograph exists because chat treats every conversation as an island and real work is a graph: conversations, terminals, and tasks become persistent nodes on a spatial canvas, and Claude reads the graph. A pipeline verifies what comes back; a rule set catches the models when they drift. Education Labs is hiring people to do for everyone what I have spent a career doing for myself and a year teaching to Claude. I would rather do that work with people who can push me than keep doing it alone.
